The Houston Society of Glass Beadmakers (HSGB) is a group of enthusiastic lampwork artists who meet once a month to enjoy the company of other artists, share techniques, view lampwork demos by artists from within the group as well as invited guest artists. We are continually striving to challenge ouselves to perfect our beadmaking skills.
We are also passionate about giving back to the community and wanting to make a difference in the lives of others. The Beads of Courage organization is one such area which has become a focus for the HSGB.
The HSGB, formerly known as the Houston Hotties, was founded in 2005 and currently serves a membership of over 70 coming from all over the greater Houston area.
